开源的类 Sora 视频生成模型

这个项目由北大-兔展AIGC联合实验室共同发起，旨在复现 Sora（OpenAI 的文本生成视频模型），希望开源社区能为此项目做出贡献。使用 Apache-2.0 许可证。

图像生成通常需要 50 步，视频生成可能需要 150 步，才能产生良好的效果，但这可能需要 3-4 分钟。所以2秒的视频生成过程也很慢。
